Due to the nature of our products — which are research-grade compounds requiring strict temperature control and chain-of-custody integrity — GNP Peptides maintains a limited replacement policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. This policy exists to maintain product integrity and to comply with regulatory standards for research compounds.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim, contact us at info@gnppeptides.com with:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
Upon review, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged items unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, you must notify us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier. GNP Peptides is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@gnppeptides.com with your order number.
Chargebacks
We maintain detailed transaction records and reserve the right to dispute all fraudulent chargebacks. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly — we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns.
